How do I track my order ?

You can visit our Tracking Order page located here.

You simply put in your order number and email address you used when placing the order and it will show you the status.

Alternatively if you are logged in to your account you can view your order under your My Account page

How can I return a product

If you need to return a product to us simply box or bag the product making sure it won’t get damaged in transit and send it by courier back to us at your expense.

You can also drop it into our office in Albany if you are Auckland based.

How long will it take to get my package ?

Most of the time our products will get to you within 1-3 working days.

Sometimes delays happen outside of our control with courier companies but our aim is to get our products to you as quickly as possible.

What Shipping methods are available ?

We courier all of our products. For large or overseas orders we will use a freight company.

Do you provide any warranty ?

We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us by telephone.

We also undertake to exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within thirty days from date of purchase.
