We ship most of our parcel with Australia Post.
For Standard Shipping:
- Sydney/Metro 1-2 Working Days
- For other states and non-metro areas: 5-7 Working Days (up to 10 Working Days to Western Australia)
Delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect and Parcel Lockers available.
Parcels are subject to safe drop unless requested otherwise via Australia Post on in the delivery comments.
You dont need to open an account when placing an order and can checkout as a guest.
You can change your shipping details by logging in and going to your account page.

We do not store your credit card details on file. We use Commonwealth Bank as our secure payment gateway and all the credit card transactions are made through their secure gateway.

If it happens that your order arrived damaged, please contact us on 1800 33 88 88 to arrange for a new item to be sent out to you. We will also arrange for a damaged item to be returned to us.
